Please note that per IRS guidelines, contributions earmarked for specific individuals, such as paying tuition for a designated student, are not tax-deductible. The IRS requires charitable donations to benefit an indefinite class of persons, granting the organization full control and discretion over the funds. If a contribution benefits a specific person, the payment is treated as a non-deductible gift to that individual rather than a charitable contribution. Scholarships will be awarded according to need or request, or may be divided among several participants, at our sole discretion.
