Victory Weekend Veterans Retreat

We are inviting all United States military veterans to our fall Victory Weekend Veterans Retreat September 29 – October 1 for a weekend of relaxation, rest, and healing of the wounds that cannot always be seen.  Take time away from the noise and commotion of a loud world to an oasis of serenity, surrounded by some of the most breathtaking views you will ever see.  Enjoy the peaceful tranquility that can only be found in the Smoke Hole Canyon in Upper Tract, West Virginia.  Spend time enjoying the walking trails, fishing in our ponds, skeet shooting, touring the property on ATVs, or simply bonding with fellow brothers and sisters in arms.  This impactful weekend is perfect for you!

Check in is at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, which allows you ample time to settle in and meet those who will be joining you for this restoring weekend.  We will kick off the event with a delicious catered dinner on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Ebenezer Event Center.  One highlight of the getaway will be worshipping together on Sunday morning as Scott Wenger, veteran and National Guardsman, leads the service.  A light lunch will be provided after the service, and the campus will be open to guests throughout the afternoon.   

The cost with tax to attend the Victory Weekend Veterans Retreat is $252.80 for individuals or $393.60 for couples and includes lodging and meals.  An additional $25 supply fee will be charged to skeet-shooting participants.  To register for this healing retreat before the September 20 deadline, please call Scott Wenger at (540) 466-4204.  We hope to see you in the Smoke Hole Canyon!
