Valentine’s Day Getaway Weekend

Join us and celebrate your love at the Valentine’s Day Getaway Weekend, February 13-15, 2026, at the Lodestar Mountain Inn. This weekend retreat will center on “love” and our gratitude to God for joining us with the person He graciously placed in our lives.

During the getaway weekend, you will be able to explore and experience everything that the Lodestar Mountain Inn has to offer. From guided UTV tours, hiking the majestic trails, watching the morning fog billow through the canyon, skeet shooting, or relaxing with a warm drink in front of the fireplace, there is always something to do and see! The highlight of the weekend will be a special time of reflection by our guest speaker, Pastor Brian Henson, as well as a candlelit dinner on Saturday night.

Brian Henson has served as the pastor of Bethel Church in Petersburg, WV, since April 2022. He was born and raised in South Carolina, and his wife, Jaime, was born and raised in Kentucky. They met at Lee University (Cleveland, TN) in 1997, married in 2000, and have four children aged 11 to 25 years. Brian graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry in 1999 and a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Louisville, KY) in 2023. He has served in full-time ministry since 2011. He enjoys hiking, stargazing, reading, and listening to good music.

Guests may arrive for check-in at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, followed by a warm welcome and dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the Ebenezer Event Center.

Breakfast items will be available at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday for early risers, and brunch will be served at 10:30 a.m. Following brunch, Pastor Brian will share a devotional, and guests will be offered guided UTV tours of the property. Skeet shooting will open at 2:00 p.m. for anyone who would like to test their marksmanship.

On Sunday, breakfast will be at 8:30 a.m., followed by chapel and prayer time. A light lunch will be available after the service, before checkout at noon.

The cost to be a part of this lovely weekend for married couples is $393.60, including tax. A supply fee of $25 will be charged to skeet shooting participants. To register by the Friday, February 6, deadline, click here.
