Ministry Leaders Conference

Those called to ministry must have outlets and opportunities for their own spiritual growth, rest, and rejuvenation. We are inviting all pastors, ministry leaders, and missionaries and their spouses to join us for the Ministry Leaders Conference April 21-25, 2024. This refreshing retreat will focus on fellowship, small group sessions, praise and worship, and inspiration from special guests Brad Huddleston and Jim Hess.

Brad Huddleston is an internationally respected speaker, consultant, teacher, and author on important issues such as technology and culture. He has worked with universities, schools, churches, and law enforcement. He has spoken to hundreds of thousands worldwide on the advantages of well-used technology tools and the dangers of the growing trend toward technology addiction. Brad has an ongoing collaboration with the Bureau of Market Research (BMR)—an independent company—and its Consumer Neuroscience Division at the University of South Africa. Brad has a degree in Computer Science and a Diploma of Biblical Studies. He is a frequent guest on radio and television and the author of Digital Rehab: Learning to Live Again in the Real World, Digital Cocaine: A Journey Toward iBalance, and The Dark Side of Technology: Restoring Balance in the Digital Age. Brad also hosts the international radio show “Brad Huddleston’s Techwise.”

Jim Hess, founder of Transformation Ministries, is dedicated to assisting God’s people walking the path from mental, emotional, and spiritual brokenness to wholeness of life in Jesus Christ; helping remove the hidden blockages of the heart and mind that hinder intimacy with God; inviting God’s people to the cross in order to live a life of power before the world; and healing and maturing God’s people for wonderfully effective works of service and abundance of life in Christ.  Transformation Ministries’ focus is to serve persons experiencing discouragement, defeat, or despair in their Christian walk. They seek to care for and bring healing and hope to persons with a wide range of needs from a soundly biblical, Christ-centered and Spirit-led perspective.

Check-in begins as early as 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, and the event will kick off on Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. with dinner and a warm welcome from Steve Wingfield and Luke Weaver in the Ebenezer Event Center. Throughout the event, breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m. followed by two inspiring morning sessions.  Guests will have the opportunity to meet our current class of OneLife students over lunch and learn firsthand how this incredible program is impacting their lives.  Afternoons will include free-time for enjoying camaraderie with other guests, exploring the hiking trails, fishing in the ponds, taking guided UTV tours of the property, or simply being still and relaxing on the porch or in nature. Participants will join together each evening following dinner for an evening session presented by one of our keynote speakers. On Thursday following breakfast, this meaningful retreat will conclude with Communion and praise and worship of our awesome Father.

The cost with tax to be a part of this event is $252.80 for individuals or $393.60 for couples and includes lodging and meals. If you are a pastor, ministry leader, or missionary, I encourage you to pray about attending the Ministry Leaders Conference and refilling your spiritual tank. Or, please consider gifting your ministry leaders to attend this critical, rejuvenating conference. To register before the April 12 deadline, click here.
